MAITUM, Sarangani (January 30, 2013) – Kids of Wali Integrated School applaud as their barangay captain hands over the keys and marker of the newly-built three-classroom high school building to their teachers and parents during a blessing and turnover ceremony at barangay Wali Monday, January 28.
