MAITUM, Sarangani (October 18, 2012) – Asma Akmad, a staff member of Vice Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon, and 73rd Infantry Battalion personnel, distribute toys from Congressman Manny Pacquiao and his wife Jinkee to barangay Ticulab children during the joint community outreach and medical mission Tuesday, October 16. The community outreach was spearheaded by the International Monitoring Team in partnership with the Kalinaw Sarangani Unit of Governor Migs Dominguez, Congressional Office, municipal and provincial government and other private and public partners.
