MAITUM, Sarangani (September 21, 2012) – Grade 2 pupils of Wali Integrated School happily raise their books given by the UnionBank of the Philippines through QUEST (Quality Education for Sarangani Today) Thursday, September 20. The distribution of “As a Filipino” workbooks and teacher’s handbooks is part of the “As a Filipino Learning System” developed by UnionBank. The books have content that aims to strengthen basic reading skills and instill time-honored Filipino values such as love of the country and good citizenship among Filipino children.
